Mount Olympus Christian Child Development Center exists to provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate childcare with a Christian emphasis to members of the community. We have served the Salt Lake City area since 1994 and care deeply about cultivating a safe and loving place for children.

We absolutely LOVE Mount Olympus! Our son is in their preschool class. He loves his teachers and we know they love and care above and beyond for him. He loves his friends that he has made and tells us how much he misses them when he comes home. We are thankful for the "family feel" and love we recieve from all of the teachers, the Director, Maddie and Assistant Director, Jolie. If you need somewhere for your child to feel truly cared about as well as learn, you've come to the right place!

We've loved our experience with Mount O. The director and teachers are loving, patient, kind and passionate. They've been amazingly supportive for our whole family - from when they were babies up through kindergarten and summer camp. (I wish they had school beyond kindergarten!) My kids have loved, and continue to love, their time there. The only downside is they don't offer pick up from Upland Terrace for after school care.

We have been so pleased with the Mount Olympus daycare. Their team have been amazing with the boys. We have had our oldest in daycare since he was 3 months old and by far, Mt O has been the absolute best. I am so thankful for this program and the peace of mind they provide that my children are in a safe and loving place.

We've had a great experience here. I'm happy with what my daughter comes home and "teaches" me (this week it's compound words... sun + light = sunlight!). I feel like I get the right amount of teacher-parent interaction and that we're all on the same team, the team that is supporting my little people. Both of my kids (4 & 1) are super happy there.

We are incredibly grateful for the teachers, staff, and community of MOCCDC. It's comforting to know that our kids are so happy and well cared for during the day. The curriculum of the Pre-K class is engaging and we feel confident going into kindergarten. Communication with parents is great and there are lots of fun events (i.e. the Christmas program that melted the hearts of all in the room). Thank you Mt O staff for all your hard work!!!

I just can't say enough good things about this childcare, their admin staff, and their incredible teachers. I have had my children at this center for nearly 10 YEARS!!! And after 10 years and two children going through the system I wish everyone was lucky enough to have their children cared for at Mt O. My 4th grader who started at Mt O as a 4 month old baby was so far ahead when she entered elementary because she was taught so much by the amazing teachers at Mt O.
I quite genuinely consider the staff, teachers, and other parents at Mt O our extended family. It's such a kind and loving environment.

We have been part of the Mount Olympus family for the past 3 years and have had the absolute best experience! All the teachers and staff are kind and compassionate. They know each of our children and what each of them needs to grow and succeed. The director and assistant director (Maddie and Jolie) are constantly trying to to find ways to make things even better and improve the facilities. Our classrooms are designed to encourage learning in all that we do. We pride ourselves on maintaining safe, clean, and purposeful learning environments for your child.
Classrooms and Staff
The class your child is in will be determined by the Granite School District birthday deadline of September 1st. It is our goal to have your child grouped with the children they will enter school with. For children age 3 and up, we may only have one class rotation per year, following the school calendar in September. For ages 2 and under, a more individualized approach may be taken.
